Graduating as Valedictorian of Nanyang Business School in 2006, Kai Jun is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with four years of audit experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers before founding Play Nation in 2009.

Building the company on the basis of sustainability and scalability as our core foundation, Kai Jun invests much of her time in developing the human capital within Play Nation.

Having led Play Nation to a nomination for Spirit of Enterprise award in 2013, Kai Jun has ambitious plans for the company and hopes to build Play Nation’s into the top entertainment and event service company in Singapore.


Alumni from Nanyang Business School class of 2008, Gabriel founded Play Nation with Kai Jun in 2009.

Frustrated with the lack of affordable R&R activities in Singapore, he started Play Nation not only to entertain guests, but also to fulfill a vision of using games to create stronger bonds and shared memories between friends and family.

Currently, Gabriel is in charge of overseeing store operations and services, as well as content and capability development for events service.

In her profession career, Kai Lin was exposed to a wide range of engagements including assisting clients with IPO and M&A services for clients in the China and South East Asia regions.

Kai Lin was invited into the management team to professionalize the internal functions of Play Nation as well as to drive growth in corporate services. Kai Lin also dreams of leading expansion into overseas markets in the near future and spreading the joy and laughter to the rest of the region.
